Dry-Brushing How-to
The skin is the biggest organ and it will participate in the cleansing process. You will discover that you're sweating more and you might need more than one shower during the day. Dry brushing is also very important while fasting and otherwise.

How to Dry Brush (Easy, Fast Instructions):
- Start with your feet and brush quite vigorously in circular motions.
- Continue brushing up your legs, thighs, always towards the heart
- Proceed to your hands and arms, again towards the heart
- Brush your back, stomach area, shoulders and neck.
- Use circular counter-clockwise strokes on the abdomen.
- Lightly brush the breasts.

After brushing, take a 3 minute hot shower, followed by a short cold rinse. Repeat this procedure three times. If the hot/cold showers are too extreme, a warm shower can be used. Dry off and relax with your robe in bed. (repeat every second or third day)
