What is fasting?
Fasting is the abstinence from solid food and addictive substances like alcohol, coffee and drugs for a specific time. This is for therapeutic maybe even for religious purposes. Fasting will support your body by resting your digestive system. Do you know why this is so important? Now that you are fasting, your body can use the energy (calories) you are getting by juice fasting to use elsewhere in your system to heal and repair "stuff". Everybody is fasting everyday. "How is this possible", you ask, well fasting is living from within, there is enough fat, dead cells, precancerous cells, left over protein and other "left overs" for your body to "feast" on.
